Tiny Tot Olympics at Keewaydin Park

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash. - A group of athletes assembled at Keewaydin Park today in Kennewick, and most of them were only two feet tall.

In the Tiny Tot Olympics, kids ages two to five competed in obstacle courses, shooting hoops and even cookie decorating. Every contestant won a gold medal.

The Fever mascot Torch and Fever Coach Cedric Walker were on hand to motivate the kids.

"We're here to enjoy the kids, and make sure they have fun, let them know that there's no stress on them.  We give them a little support like they give us support and make sure everyone has fun," said Fever Coach Cedric Walker.

Close to 100 athletes competed in today's olympic games.
