UNION GAP, Wash-- Some people in Union Gap rocked through the night...in rocking chairs.
Pledges and sponsors are raising money for the Dustin Sides Fallen Families Memorial Fund, which raises money for the children of soldiers who have given their lives while serving in iraq.
Since 7:00 p.m. Thursday, the recliners have been full. The volunteers are very dedicated to their cause and have the sunburns to prove it.
"I can't enlist, I'm too old, but I can make sure that the America that they're fighting for is still here. We need to have good citizenship," said Lonnie Morgan, rocker.
Over the course of the fundraiser, around 60 people will take turns rocking.
