Pasco Woman Missing For 30 Days. Police Think She Could Be DeadPosted: Updated:
PASCO, Wash.-- Thirty days have gone by and still no contact from Tiairra Garcia. The 19-year old Pasco woman went missing last month.
Her mother puts her feelings in three words.
"Angry, scared, sad," said Donna Garcia, Tiairra's mother.
Donna Garcia has set up a shrine at her house. Small but full of hope.
"It's just candles, lighting candles for her to find her way home," said Garcia.
But finding it's way to police are more leads on this case. Police are looking for Marnicus Lockhard and Ashone Hollinquest. Both men were last seen with Garcia on the night she went missing.
"We believe that both these persons of interest have fled the area," said Captain Jim Raymond, from the Pasco Police Department.
A friend of the young woman has been trying to raise money for her reward, and is hoping to see her again.
"I'm hoping to get people to realize that this ain't no joke, this is a missing person, we need to find her," said Guillermo Cardenas, one of Tiairra's friends.
Police say with no word from Garcia in a month, it's possible she could be dead.
"There's a strong possibility that Tiairra is deceased and that for lack of a better term, has been dumped or buried or concealed," said Raymond.
Still they're asking anyone with information to speak up.
"Call us if they see anything that is suspicious as far as debris that doesn't belong in a field, you know odors that might be in the air," said Raymond.
Garcia may be missing, but she's present in the hearts of many.
"There are people waiting for her to come back home," said Cardenas.
