L.E.A.D Detectives Intercept 25 Pounds of Marijuana Being Shipped in the Mail
WAPATO, Wash--Shipping a large box full of marijuana does not go un-noticed by the post office.
The discovery by a US Postal Inspector led to the arrest of two men this morning. A box measuring around three feet by three feet held marijuana worth close to $25,000.
Detectives with the L.E.A.D Task Force along with the postal office went undercover to deliver the shipment, which came from south Texas. Two adult brothers were arrested upon delivery. They will be arraigned tomorrow at the Yakima County Jail with the charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
