RENTON, Wash. - It's a long, hot training camp, but the Seahawks now have reason to smile. Wednesday they worked out in Renton at the brand new Virginia Mason Athletic Center. It's a completely state-of-the-art-facility that towers over the practice field. The 80,000 square-foot complex features New whirlpools, meetings rooms, plush locker rooms and more. "As nice as everything is, it's not gonna win us any games," said Mike Holmgren. "We have the best facility in football. It's very player-friendly, but we can't get caught up in that. We still have a lot of hard work to do." The preseason opens Friday at Minnesota.
