Arlington Man Arrested For Firing Shots On Reservation

Posted: Updated:
BREMERTON, Wash. (AP) - A 25-year-old Arlington man has been
arrested and accused of shooting a gun at residents on Port Gamble
S'Klallam tribal lands last night.
The Kitsap County sheriff's office says no one was wounded when
the shots were fired at about 11:35 on the North Kitsap
Reservation.
The man was arrested at the ferry terminal in Edmonds.
He's being held in the Snohomish County Jail in Everett until he
can be transferred to the Kitsap County Jail in Port Orchard.
The Kitsap County sheriff's office says the apparent victims of
the shooting were three tribal members who are known "casually"
by the man. The sheriff's office hasn't determined a motive for the
attack.
