PASCO, Wash-- At Trac in Pasco, many people came together for the first ever Quinceanera and latin bridal expo.
More than 90 local and national companies came to the expo to show off their products.
Donated wedding gowns were sold at discount prices by the Brides Against Breast Cancer. The group uses all the money raised to grant special wishes to patients with terminal breast cancer.
"They created it just to send them on special trips, family vacations to Disneyland, Disneyworld, video cameras to leave behind recorded messages," says Breast Cancer Foundation director Brenda Chovanak.
Several gowns could be seen throughout the expo, including one valued at over $3,000.
For many, the expo was about the sights and sounds, including latin pop singer Jaci Velasquez, but for one couple it meant so much more: they were getting married.
