BOISE, Idaho - Ryan Flaherty and Michael Brenly each went 3-for-4 as the Boise Hawks kept their Northwest League pennant hopes alive with a 9-4 victory over the Yakima Bears before 2,894 fans at Memorial Stadium.   With the win, the Hawks have their own postseason destiny in their hands - now needing to sweep a home-and-home six-game series with first-place Spokane to win the Eastern Division title.   A five-run second inning busted the game wide open, keyed by a two-run single by Brenly, and a Marwin Gonzalez two-run triple.   Flaherty got in the act in the fourth, ripping a two-run double, and capped the Hawks scoring in the seventh with his eighth home run of the season.   Erik Hamren allowed a run on three hits in two innings of relief to pick up the win, while T.J. Hose, who shut the Hawks out in five innings of work last Saturday, took the loss - allowing eight of the nine runs.   Tomorrow night, the Hawks open their final home series of the season at 7:15 p.m. - with Chris Carpenter meeting Wilfredo Boscan.   NOTES - Four Hawks were selected to the NWL Post-Season All-Star team - second baseman Josh Harrison, shortstop Ryan Flaherty, third-baseman Josh Vitters, and designated hitter Ryan Keedy...pitcher Andrew Cashner was promoted to Low-A Peoria following last night's game...
