Cougars struggling with injuries, inexperience

PULLMAN, Wash. - Add cornerback Alfonso Jackson to the injury list for the Cougars. He's out indefinitely after hurting his hip in the Cougars 39-13 loss to Oklahoma State Saturday in Seattle. That means the secondary consists of three sophomores and a redshirt freshman. With Cal coming to Pullman Saturday, Paul Wulff is missing many of his top players.
"If we could just get Daniel Blackledge back, Jeshua Anderson back, and Brandon (gibson) all back on the football field together," said Wulff. "Just a lot of pieces aren't together and haven't practiced together enough to create the consistency we want."
