$4.4-Million Could Go To Benton Co., $1-Million To Franklin Co. for Outdoor Projects
KENNEWICK, Wash.-- The Washington State Recreation and Conservation Funding Board approved a $100-million request for recreation and wildlife habitat projects.
Now it's being sent to the Governor's Office for consideration. If approved, Benton County will get more than $4.4-million dollars, and Franklin County will get just over $1-million dollars. The money will go towards parks, pools, and trails in each county.
