WEST RICHLAND, Wash.-- Secretary of State Sam Reed was the guest speaker on Wednesday at the West Richland Chamber of Commerce luncheon.
Reed talked to more than 60 different business representatives in the area. One of his main goals was to encourage people to vote this November.
Reed says most of the voter information in our state can be found online. He says out of all the races there's one that's pretty heated.
"So far the governor's race has been neck and neck, the polls have showed it, the primary almost ended up in a tie, it's amazing since this is the way it was in 2004," said Reed.
Reed says he expects a large voter turnout this year. He also says Washington is ahead of the rest of the country, when it comes to online registration.
