CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Jacquizz Rodgers ran for 168 yards, Sammie Stroughter had 116 yards receiving and Oregon State easily beat Washington State 66-13 today. Lyle Moevao threw four interceptions, but it didn't keep the Beavers from breaking a school record for points in a Pac-10 game.
Eight Oregon State players scored touchdowns. Washington State's injury woes at quarterback continued. Marshall Lobbenstael was lost to an apparent ankle injury early in the fourth quarter. The Cougars have already lost two quarterbacks to injuries.
The Beavers ran up 548 yards of total offense, including 323 rushing. They jumped out to a 14-0 lead with touchdowns on their first two drives and were poised for a third but Moevao's pass into the end zone was picked off by Xavier Hicks.
