Seattle Limps To 1-4 Record

Posted: Updated:
SEATTLE (AP) - Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren says quarterback
Seneca Wallace is recovering from a calf injury and should be ready
to play this Sunday.
Starter Matt Hasselbeck's condition is uncertain because he did
not recover as fast as expected from a knee injury and sat out the
loss to Green Bay.
No. 3. quarterback Charlie Frye completed 12 of 23 passes for 83
yards with two touchdowns against the Packers. He also was
intercepted twice and sacked three times.
The 27-17 loss to Green Bay leaves Seattle two-and-a-half games
behind 4-2 Arizona in the NFC West. The Seahawks play their next
two games on the road.
They'll be at 4-2 Tampa Bay for a Sunday evening game. The
Seahawks have lost six of their past seven games in the Eastern
time zone.
The following week the Seahawks play at San Francisco. The 49ers
beat them in overtime in Week Two in Seattle.
The Seahawks' two home losses are a disappointment to fans. In
the previous five seasons the Seahawks lost only seven games in
Qwest Field.
