Teens Arrested on Counterfeiting and Drug Charges in West Richland
WEST RICHLAND, Wash.-- Two teens were arrested in West Richland Monday night.
One was arrested for counterfeiting money, and the other for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
The Conoco on Kennedy Road alerted police because they received a few fake $20 bills. Police traced those back to a 17-year-old. Police searched the boy's home and found materials used to make counterfeit money. The boy showed up with his friend, and police also searched his friend's car and found bags of marijuana and a scale.
