Richland Police investigators, assisted by detectives from Kennewick Police Department, arrested Nathan Watkins, age 29, on charges of 2nd Degree Robbery.

Watkins, a transient, was arrested without incident near his mother's apartment on 4th St. in Kennewick. At the time of his arrest he was wearing the dark colored sweatshirt with a red devil logo on the back that was described in detail by bank employees.
