RICHLAND, Wash.-- The economy has left many people without thousands of dollars of retirement money, and others are left with questions about the future.
WSU Tri-Cities is offering its first ever retirement planning seminar. The student business club and a securities and investments advisor have teamed up to help guide you through your retirement planning.
They'll be talking about how to figure out how much money you need to retire, and how to get that money without taxes, expenses, and legal challenges. After the seminars, there will be Q and A sessions to help with anything else you may want to know. Loann Ayers, Director of Campus Advancement for WSUTC, says, "It really gives you the opportunity to learn for yourself some of the basics of planning your retirement. Whether you're 40, 50, or 60, it's not too late, particularly during these tough economic times, we're getting a lot of people with questions."
It's a two part seminar on November 10th and 17th, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. It costs $69 and each person who registers can bring one other person. Everyone must pre-register by calling (509) 372-7394, or you can do it online. At the top of your screen click on-air links and we posted a link for you.
