KENNEWICK, Wash.-- Last minute voters in Kennewick were rushing to make their vote count.
Around noon during lunch time, many people headed to the Benton County Annex.
We talked to some of these voters. They told us why they waited until election day to decide.
"I kind of lost my ballot and I talked to my grandma and she told me to come down here to get a new one," said one voter.
"Because I'm lazy, some of the positions I didn't really know a lot about," said one voter.
"Because I wasn't sure til the last minute," said one voter.
"I wanted to study it and understand it, some of the senators and stuff that I wanted to read about," said one voter,
"My ballot was lost in the mail," said one voter.
"I'm just a last minute voter I wanted to make sure that I had everything in order, this is a pretty important election today," said one voter.
"I filled it out about a week ago, just had it sitting on my desk for a while," said one voter.
