SEATTLE (AP) - Seahawks quarterback Matt Hasselbeck says he woke up Thursday with no ill effects from practice and will be ready to play on Sunday in Seattle. He missed five games with a sore leg caused by a bulging disk in his back, but he says doctors had told him could have missed the entire season with the nerve damage. He told KIRO radio he's excited to make his return against division-leading Arizona. Hasselbeck says he won't have any trouble getting up for the game. Instead, he'll have to keep emotions under control. He told KIRO he listens to soothing George Winston piano music in the locker room to stay calm and clear-headed.
