New information on the death of Donald Pike, the man pulled out of the Yakima river Monday.
The coroner says he wasn't beaten to death with a hammer.
Autopsy results show that Pike actually drowned and if he had been taken to the hospital instead of dumped in the river he could have survived.
41-year-old Kenneth Maddon has been charged with Pikes death. Detectives are still trying to find a motive but they think the beating may have been fueled by revenge.
Police believe that Maddon used a hammer to beat Pike and ended up cracking his skull.
