New HAPO Credit Union Location Opens in North Richland
RICHLAND, Wash.-- A new branch of HAPO Credit Union is open in Richland.
On Monday, HAPO staff cut the ribbon to celebrate the opening. The new location is at 2952 George Washington Way.
Staff say the project took about three months to finish. The new branch has a 24-hour Drive-thru ATM.
Staff say they're glad people living in the north end of Richland, can have easier access to their banking.
"We really looked at how we can bring banking to the people, we know there is a large number of people working in North Richland, and we know it's not the most convenient thing to do their banking downtown," said Steve Anderson, Executive Vice President for HAPO.
HAPO is looking forward to opening additional locations. They expect to open another branch in Kennewick in mid December, and two branches in Yakima next year.
