YAKIMA, Wash - State troopers have arrested the driver they say is responsible
for a fatal crash on Thanksgiving day.

Troopers say Kelly York Jr. didn't stop at the intersection of Branch and Wierman Road, just west of Toppenish.

York ran from the scene.

Detectives found him Tuesday.
