Kenneth Freeman has plead guilty in a federal court in Spokane to 2 counts of possession of child pornography, 1 count of taking a minor across state lines.
Freeman also wrapped up his case with the Benton County Prosecutor pleading guilty to three counts of first degree child rape.
Freeman will be sentenced in March. The U.S. Attorney Office in Spokane says he will most likely serve 50 years in federal prison.
"Certainly the governments case was extremely strong and we were prepared to present the testimony of the victim and one could only speculate he felt it wasn't going to get any better from here," said Tom Rice, U.S. Attorney Office in Spokane.
Freeman is the former Benton County Reserve Deputy and Hanford Patrol Officer accused of raping his daughter and putting it on the internet.
He disappeared in 2005 but was eventually tracked down in China and caught in Hong Kong.
