PASCO, Wash. - Pasco Police are searching for an armed man who robbed a Pasco Rite Aid.

Pasco Police say a man walked into the Rite Aid on 20th Avenue in Pasco around 6:00 p.m wearing a blue bandana over his face.

The man pulled out a black handgun, pointed it at a clerk and demanded cash.  The clerk cooperated giving him what was in the cash register.

Meanwhile, a customer in the store was dialing 9-1-1 and told police what was happening.  But the robber took off before police arrived.

They called in the Benton County Sheriffs K-9 officer to search the grounds.  All they found were tire tracks behind the building that they believe might have come from the robbers getaway car.

Police say he's a hispanic male, probably in his mid 20's with an average height wearing a hooded sweatshirt and jeans along with the blue bandana on his face.
