KENNEWICK, Wash-- An early morning burglary in Kennewick ends with two men being arrested. Kennewick police officers say they were tipped off to a man loading a truck with boxes at a house on the 2000 block of South Buntin Street.
When officers arrived, the truck took off, smashing into a fence. It was spotted a few blocks away in front of another house on South Yelm.
Inside was 38-year-old Charles Miller, who was arrested for residential burglary, and another man, 51-year-old Larry Schouten, who was arrested on outstanding warrants. Officers tell us the arrests were made because of neighbors keeping a watchful eye.
