PENDLETON, Ore.-- Pendleton High School was on lockdown for three hours Monday morning after a bomb threat.
Pendleton police say the threat was called into the school just before 8:00 a.m. Monday. Students had to stay in their classrooms while police searched the school. Police found a backpack in a trash can, and the bomb squad checked out the backpack, but it was empty. Students were allowed to go back to their normal classes just after 11:00 a.m. Monday morning.
