Posted: Updated:

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - FBI agents have made an arrest in the
slashing death of a woman on the Colville Indian Reservation.

DNA evidence led to the arrest Thursday of the 20-year-old, Ryan
Seideman, at his home in Nespelem.

The Spokane Spokesman-Review reports a federal magistrate
ordered him held without bond on a federal murder charge.

He's accused of killing 42-year-old Lillian Jolene Lee in March
of 2006 during a rape. She died of multiple slashes to her face and
neck.
