Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- The Columbia Center Mall is back open at noon on Tuesday, after being on lock down all day.

At 2:50 in the morning, police were alerted to a burglary alarm at JC Penney's in the mall. The first officer on the scene saw two males in the store. The 2 suspects have been arrested and identified as the Kafiyev brothers, ages 20 and 21.

Police did believe there was another suspect hiding inside the mall. Search teams and officers combed the mall, but say he got away.
