YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) - A man who stabbed a delivery driver to death two years ago in Yakima will spend 14 years in prison.

Fifty-1-year-old Mark Ellis Huey, of Yakima, was sentenced Friday in Yakima County Superior Court. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the Dec. 31, 2007, death of Charles Albert "Cap" Palmer.

Huey stabbed Palmer, a 62-year-old delivery driver for Frito-Lay, in the back of the head. Police discovered Palmer's body two days later at his home.

Huey told police that Palmer made sexual advances toward him.

An autopsy revealed that Palmer suffocated on his own blood from the knife wound and from being gagged with a sock.
