Death Penalty Charges Delayed in Kennewick Murder Case

Posted: Updated:

KENNEWICK, Wash.-- The Benton County Prosecutor now has more time to decide whether he'll seek the death penalty against Phien Sisouvanh.

She is the woman accused of killing a pregnant Araceli Camacho Gomez and cutting out her baby last June.

The prosecutor has until March 27th to decide. This does not affect a trial date set for May.
