Tracci Dial has been a member of the NBC Right Now team since 2012. She is a northwest native who started her career in radio. She moved on to television at KLEW-TV in Lewiston, Idaho where she started behind the scenes before making her way behind a camera and then behind a desk on a news set. Tracci now anchors the evening newscasts at NBC Right Now. 

Tracci was named the 2020 ATHENA Young Professional of the Year by the Tri-City Regional Chamber of Commerce. She was also named District Communicator of the Year in 2020 by the National Speech and Debate Association. She has also been voted her as Best Local News anchor in the TC Herald's People's Choice Awards several years in a row. 

As part of Tracci's ongoing Dialed In series she sits down with local leaders and other movers and shakers who come through the area for in-depth conversations. She is also the host of the podcast Biggest Small Town in the Northwest

Giving back to her community is important to her. She is currently serving on the Pasco Taco Crawl Committee which benefits the Boys and Girls Club and is a member of Soroptomist International of Pasco-Kennewick.

In her free time, you'll find her and husband enjoying the great outdoors: paddleboarding, snowboarding, hiking, fishing or reading.
