RICHLAND, WA - In this week's Building Blocks of the Future, we're spotlighting a 3rd grader with a heart for helping others.

Over the summer, Elsie Hoover, 3rd Grade student at Orchard Elementary, came up with the idea to set up a farmer's market with her family to raise money for the Union Gospel Mission.

Her idea was such a hit that they hosted another farmer's market in the fall, which brought in over $1,000 for UGM.

Watch as Elsie and her mom, Kelly, share how they pulled it all off.
