Simon®, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, announced the beginning of the holiday season where families can make magical memories by taking photos with Santa as part of the Simon Santa Photo Experience at Columbia Center. Santa will arrive at 9 a.m. on Nov. 16 in the Tri-Cities Holiday Parade as they also celebrate the 50th anniversary of Columbia Center.
Families are invited to watch the parade from the front of the mall and, immediately following, join inside for the Grand Tree Lighting before having their photos taken with Santa. Santa will remain at the mall until Dec. 24.
“Visiting the Simon Santa Photo Experience at Columbia Center is a fun way for families to create lasting memories and experience all the joy that the holiday season has to offer,” said Nikki Ostergaard, Director of Marketing and Business Development. “We recognize the importance of sharing traditions with loved ones during the holidays and want to enable families to experience this special time with Santa that they have come to cherish each year at Columbia Center.”
Columbia Center will host several opportunities for families to make memories with Santa.
Save time and avoid the line by reserving your magical moment with Santa online. Families can plan their visit to see Santa in advance with a Santa FastPass on all days the shopping mall is open.
An opportunity for all members of the family, Pet Photo Night allows pets the opportunity to visit and have their photo taken with Santa. Pet Photo Night is hosted on Sunday, Dec. 1 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. and the set receives extensive cleaning following the event to minimize potential risks to allergy sufferers.
For families with children on the autism spectrum, Caring Santa offers families with these needs the opportunity to visit with Santa in a sensory-friendly environment. Caring Santa will occur in association with Autism Speaks before regular mall hours on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Guests can reserve their appointment online.
- Starting Saturday, November 16th, 2019, repeats every day until Tuesday, December 24, 2019 — all day
