Yakima homicide suspects arrested in Seattle

SEATTLE, Wash. -- Yakima Police and Seattle Homicide Detectives have arrested two suspects in a homicide that happened over the weekend.

21 year old Jordan Daisy and 23 year old Ezra Swann were arrested Monday afternoon for their suspected involvement in the shooting death of 29 year old James Kilby. The shooting happened in the Wray's Thriftway parking lot on Nob Hill on Saturday. Kilby was shot once in the chest. The suspects fled.

Yakima Police followed leads that eventually pointed to the Seattle area. Daisy was identified as their primary suspect.

Monday, around 1 PM, police pulled over a vehicle matching the description of the one used during Saturday night's homicide. Daisy was driving the car, Swann was a passenger. Both were booked into the King County jail on charges of 1st Degree Murder and Attempted 1st Degree Murder. The two will be transported to the Yakima County Jail.
